Victim 59. Cast, numbered as #64 in the casts of Pompeii Project, and pXRF measuring points (1–6).
The cast #64 is a male adult individual between 45 and 50 years old, very altered and remodelled in an old restoration, especially in the zygomatic-facial area. This individual was originally found supine, with the upper extremities separated from the body.
Cast #64 presents osteoarthritis in the right knee and in the medial condyle of left femur.

Victim 59. Cast, numbered as #64 in the casts of Pompeii Project, and pXRF measuring points (1–6).

Victim 59 was an adult male over 20 years of age.
The body was found outside Porta Nola near the tomb of M. Obellius Firmus between the 2nd of August and the 21st of September 1976.
Near the body, in the layer of lapilli, a clay lantern was found, probably lost by the victim.

The body was found outside Porta Nola near the tomb of M. Obellius Firmus between the 2nd of August and the 21st of September 1976.

Near the body, in the layer of lapilli, a clay lantern was found, probably lost by the victim.
